User-Submitted Content Consent

Through emailing your submission of text, information, audio/video material, pictures, database material, content, and/or computer code ("material") to Ace Nine, LLC ("Ace Nine", "our", "we"), you agree that the following is true:

  • You are the owner of the material
  • You have the right to submit the material.
  • You are not violating anyone else's intellectual rights by submitting the material.
  • The material is not in violation of any federal, local, or state regulations related to intellectual property or any other regulation.

Through submission you also agree to these terms:

  • You grant Ace Nine the right to publish the material.
  • Ace Nine may elect whether or not to publish the material at our sole discretion and Ace Nine may remove the material at any time as we see fit.
  • Ace Nine reserves the right to edit, modify, add, move, or delete the material to serve our purposes at any time at our sole discretion.
  • You will not receive any form of compensation or credit for the material.
  • We may, at our sole discretion, give credit for certain video works.
  • You will indemnify and defend Ace Nine for any claims or damages that arise as a result of your submission of the material.
